This is a program for patients dealing with opiate addiction ( fentanyl, heroin, oxycodone, percocet, opium). Methadone is a synthetic opioid created in 1937. It has been found to be effective in treating patients with Opioid dependency and addiction. It is a long acting opiate that helps relieve withdrawal (sick) symptoms and cravings. Once you are at an effective stable dose Methadone effects would last up to 24 hours which helps to bring stability back into your life. It is taken daily mixed in a flavored drink at your pharmacy of choice. The Physicians at Hope Health Clinics have been trained and certified to provide this treatment to patients.
